TDB Lamb Lung
Lung as an offal provides plenty of nutrition. It is a great source of B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Iron, Phosphorus, Potasium and more. This means it is great for blood, circulation, and immune system function. Lung is most definitely an offal worth considering as an addition to a raw food diet.
Be aware that no single organ should take up more than 10% of your dog's diet.
The Dogs Butcher ensures all of the product is ethically sourced and 100% British. They won't buy non-stunned, Halal slaughtered, or intensively farmed meat. All poultry products are free range. Where possible they use quality, locally sourced ingredients from near TDB HQ in Devon.
Please note weight may vary - this item contains 1 pair of lungs, the weight of which will be between 500g and 1kg.
Feeding Guide
Adult dogs should be fed 2-3% of their ideal body weight per day. (10kg = 200g, 25kg = 500g based on 2% a day)
Raw bones can be fed up to 2-3 times a week to promote dental hygiene and provide a naturally satisfying chew session for your pet. Some bones may last longer than others and some may be too hard for young dogs or older dogs with weaker teeth. Meaty Bones such as wings and necks can also be fed alongside meals to introduce bone content to a meal.
We do not advise feeding your pet cooked bones as they can splinter and cause serious harm, therefore always ensure your pets are supervised while eating bones.
