Totally Chicken is exactly what it says, an all chicken, single protein product. The great thing about dealing with organic chicken farmers, asides the lack of chemicals they use, is that their carcasses are huge! As Totally Chicken uses Organic Chicken, we get the benefit of this and the extra meaty cuts we use. This is harder to achieve in more intensively-reared chickens. Add to this a wonderful range of chicken organs including heart, liver and gizzard, not to mention the 5% Berry Good inclusion, and we are very proud of the finished product.
