My dog (and a few of my cats to lol) love this food. I think they prefer this brand when feeding tripe, and I wonder if this is because it has a lower trip content then a lot of other brands that are very tripe heavy. A little research told me that it was made up of 70% British turkey and 30% tripe, 10% bone and 10% offal (of which is heart and liver).
